'El Pino' is nestled into the stunning backdrop of 'El Cuco'; a 900m peak in the 'Sierra de la Almenara'. Situated at the head

'El Pino' is situated at the head of a valley overlooking the small village of Morata close to Mazarron in the Costa Calida.
It has a mountain backdrop with front views to the 'Sierra de la Almenara'. There is a separate guest house 'La Casita'
situated away from the main house. The property is centrally situated in a 5000m² plot with landscaped gardens containing fruit trees,
figs, almonds, olives, palms and many others. This is a haven for wildlife, birds and butterflies.
The property is double gated and fully fenced. A gravel drive leads to the main parking area for 'El Pino' with ample room
for many cars. The gravelled drive circles the orchard on the way to the separate parking area for the guest house 'La Casita'.
Tiled steps lead up to the front and side terrace of 'El Pino' from the gravelled parking area.
The side terrace provides access to the rear gardens. A sun lounge with double doors opening out is situated here.

The front terrace of the main house has an open wooden beamed pergola. During the summer months this provides shade
from the two established grape vines over the outside dining table. The terrace contains several large potted plants
adding to the Mediterranean ambience. The terrace is perfectly designed to collect rainwater for irrigation purposes
into the 12m³ underground well situated beneath the terrace. There is an external power point close to the dining table.
Adjoining the front terrace is a wooden beamed, fully matted, weather proof, covered terrace.
This side terrace is accessible directly from double doors from the master bedroom and overlooks the pool area.
The terrace contains potted plants and a large sofa making it a comfortable,
relaxing outdoor lounge. On an evening there is outdoor lighting. Steps lead to the BBQ area and the rear terrace and gardens.
To the rear of the main house is a fully tiled back terrace containing a stone BBQ area with wall seating,

Tiled pathways lead from the main house, from the front and from the rear, to the pool area.
The pool area comprises landscaped gardens and fully tiled non-slip terracing. The garden contains established palms,
shrubs and fruit trees with a lava rock base. All the terracing is fitted with drains to remove excess rain water.
The secluded pool area contains a 8m x 5m swimming pool with clearly marked circular descending steps and a stainless steel ladder.
The deep end is 2m rising to 1m in the shallow end. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sunken mosaic-tiled hot tub,
cleverly hidden and insulated by a wooden sunbathing deck. The hot tub is gas heated for maximum economy.
All the pool and hot tub machinery is located away from the pool area in the pool under build/storage area.
Sliding back the wooden sunbathing deck reveals the sunken hot tub. A custom construction of mosaic tiles and seating provides
spacious room for four people. Both air/spa based and water/Jacuzzi systems are used; Both can be controlled separately.
Different seating styles allow both vertical and reclining positions. The hot tub uses clean, none-chlorinated water,
which can be drained directly into the garden irrigation system. The adjoining tiling is all non-slip.
The pool area has its own WC block which contains a toilet and hand basin. Attached to this is an outside, mosaic tiled shower
and foot wash. The sun loungers and recliners are both covered by naturally matted 'sombreros' for summer shade.
The area is completed by large pots and planting.
At dusk the pool area takes on a whole new character and ambience. Especially designed for summer night bathing and
cosy Winter jacuzzi evenings.
The poolside mosiac stone table seats eight people comfortably and is situated under a matt covered pergola. Ideal for
Summer evenings eating alfresco by the swimming pool with friends.
A set of non-slip tiled steps lead from the pool area to the separate guest accommodation. The guest house is practically hidden
from the main house by effective use of the gradual slope away from the main house. The areas around the guest house 'La Casita'
are covered with ground covering succulents.
The guest house 'La Casita' is self contained studio containing a double bed, double wardrobe, en-suite (toilet, shower and basin),
kitchen (granite tops, built-in cupboards, low level breakfast bar, fridge, gas hob and extractor), wall gas heater
and ceiling fan. There is WIFI internet connection and digital UK television connection. Own front terrace with outside dining area
and own sun lounge. All fully tiled. 'La Casita' is surrounded by established plants and trees.
Inside 'La Casita' is finished to a high specification and perfect guest accommodation for two. Ideal for family or friends.

There is a wood burning stove for heat and cooking, a gas hob with extractor, white goods including separate
hotpoint fridge/freezer and dishwasher, farmhouse belfast sink and antique taps, work surface strip and focal lighting.
